DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently do not ship internationally.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Once your order is complete, your purchase will be shipped out within 1-3 business days with United State Postal Service. Orders received during weekends, holidays and after 1pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary depending on availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or federal holidays. Shipping and Handling to anywhere in the United States normally takes 3-7 business days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by USPS. All shipping times displayed are estimates provided by USPS, we are not responsible for any delays by USPS. We automatically put delivery confirmation on all orders.
Please note that we do not guarantee availability of all merchandise. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 3-5 business days. Additionally, shipping and handling rates are subject to change.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via
e-mail which will include a USPS tracking number. Simply go to USPS.COM
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase do to size contact us via e-mail [email protected] . We will then instruct you to return the item in its original condition within 7 days for a gift card or exchange, less shipping costs. The original shipping and handling charges are not included in the gift certificate. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address given with a copy of the original packing slip.
PLEASE NOTE:
Not returnable at any time: used or opened products, or product without our original attached hang tag and any item marked Final Sale.
Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standard of certain items, we regret that it is NOT possible for us to accept returns on (panties and lingerie set that includes a panty). If these items are returned to us, they will be sent back to you at your expense.
Packages that arrive COD will be denied. You are responsible for all
shipping costs. We advise to place insurance and delivery confirmation
on your returns.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware we can only replace it for the same item,
subject to availability. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is
not available, you are entitled to a Gift Certificate.You must email a photo with your exchange request.
